Michelle has more than 25 years of experience in debt recovery and is highly skilled in research, due diligence, and analytical practices that support effective credit and collection outcomes.

Her career includes international experience in the Philippines, where she managed offshore credit and collection agents. This role provided her with a diverse range of transferable expertise, enabling her to navigate complex subject areas such as risk management, regulatory integration, legal frameworks, and compliance.

In addition to her debt recovery expertise, Michelle holds certification in Skip Tracing, further enhancing her capability to conduct thorough investigations and deliver accurate results. Prior to joining Slater Byrne, she served as a General Manager, where she gained extensive leadership experience and developed a strong foundation in regulatory compliance.
