We have some exciting news with regards the growth of Slater Byrne Recoveries. We have been working tirelessly behind the scenes for months and can now announce our office in New Zealand is officially open. This will operate alongside our 3 offices already based in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. We have set up an office in Auckland in New Zealand’s North Island but will be servicing the whole country. We feel we have spotted a niche in that market to expand into and we believe we provide a service that will help companies in New Zealand recover debts quicker and improve their cash flow. Slater Byrne Recoveries office is located on Clayton St, Newmarket, Auckland.
We have recently held consultation with our legal representatives in New Zealand regarding changes to the Debt Recovery legislation in New Zealand from March 2017. As with our previous debt recovery matters in New Zealand, Mr. Jeff Ussher, a Solicitor and Barrister that specialises in Debt Recovery, has kept us apprised of all related. We have used Jeff on numerous occasions over the past few years and he has always provided excellent advice and shown professionalism assisting us to achieve our desired result.
Our aim is to bring to the New Zealand market what we have brought to the Australian market. We aim to provide a professional debt recovery service on a no collection, no commission basis. We will also provide all legal services on court scale as per our Australian model.
